Children's Pastor

Foundation Church is a vibrant and growing church called to impact our world with the love and message of Jesus Christ. We are know for reaching out to multiple generations as well as various people groups. We work closely with the business owners and those who are down and out, addicts and sinners desperate for a change and we introduce them to Jesus. Our worship is engaging, our teaching biblical & relevant, and we have a heart for God and His people.

We are currently looking to hire a Children's Minster (birth-5th grade) that can help our church disciple and grow the upcoming generations of our body. We are seeking someone experienced in leading children, who can easily engage with and communicate with multi generations and who has a strong love for families. In addition, we are looking for someone who can attract and retain new kids and families, manage teams of volunteers, and have a mature relationship with Jesus. Our current children's ministry is separated by tots (birth to age 3), PreK(3-5 year olds) and Foundation Kids (k-5th grade large group, class specific small groups). As Childrens pastor you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, leading and/or supervising all childrens programming on Sunday morning, Midweek services and other yearly activities including but not limited to kids camp and VBS. You will seek, supervise, and coordinate volunteers for all childrens programs and events. You will create and maintain a safe, inviting, and dynamic atmosphere for learning and spiritual growth. This position requires strong administrative, interpersonal, and adaptable leadership skills to build strong relationships with children and adults/parents. We desire a long-term commitment to these programs and to our surrounding communities; promoting vitality, outreach, and growth.
