Lead Minister

Community Christian Church (an independent restoration movement church) located in Nashville, North Carolina is searching for a full-time preaching minister. The ideal candidate will be a man who is spiritually mature, doctrinally sound, and experienced in church revitalization. Initially, he must focus on helping the church to grow spiritually as well as in numbers. He must be able to preach Biblical truth and doctrine effectively, work with the Elders, Deacons, and ministry teams closely, and care for the flock spiritually. Depending on the minister's financial requirements, he would be able to be bi-vocational to start. The salary package of $42K-$52K is negotiable, depending on experience. There is no parsonage available, therefore, a housing allowance is obtainable.
