We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Minister to shepherd our church and help us grow in our faith while maintaining a welcoming, close community environment. About the Position
Position Description
The Minister will provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and guidance to a small, rural congregation. We are looking for a servant leader who can build relationships, preach the Word of God, and foster a supportive, inclusive, and loving atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ministry in a rural setting and be prepared to work closely with our church leaders and members to help us grow in faith and service.
