Organization Description
Mountain View Church of Christ (Christian) is located in south Blount County near Maryville, Tennessee serving the Six Mile community and supporting missionaries throughout the world. We believe that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who died for our sins and arose from the dead. The Bible is the inspired Word of God. Every person has worth as a creation of God, but all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone, for no one comes to God the Father except through Him. Those accepting Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith, be baptized by immersion into Him for forgiveness of sins, and commit their life to Him. We believe that Jesus Christ will one day return to earth and will reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords!
