Senior Pastor

Antioch Christian Church in Wichita, Kansas, is an independent Christian Church. Regular church attendance is between 70 and 100. The church is led by a full-time Senior Pastor, elected Elders, Deacons and Trustees. Staff includes full-time Senior Pastor and Secretary, and part-time Music Director, Facilities Coordinator and Custodian. There is a volunteer Youth Director. Congregational committees manage many of the activities.

The Senior Pastor performs the duties which normally pertain to that position, including preaching, teaching, visitation and administration, and acts as advisor and coordinator of church life. He is an ex-officio member of all organized groups and makes regular reports to the board about his activities and the state of the church. We seek an individual who is Spirit-led, loves God and Gods Word, loves people, maintains a Biblical world view, and possesses a gift for church growth. The mission of the church is to proclaim Christ, teaching and edifying with all wisdom that we may present everyone mature in Christ.
