Summer Staff - Counselor, Lifeguard, Kitchen Team, Wrangler, Worship leader, Ropes Team and More!

Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry. We provide a unique way to experience Christ with one-of-a-kind adventures, camps, retreats, and leadership development. New Life Ranch is comprised of 2 sites: Frontier Cove for juniors (2nd-6th grade), and Flint Valley for seniors (7th-12th grade). We determine where you will serve and the area you will work in based on your gifts, strengths and interests. As Christian leaders, we are called to be servants, therefore you may be asked to help in a wide range of areas throughout the summer. Your willingness to joyfully serve wherever needed will be expected. We are also a physically active camp so it is important that you be prepared for the physical strains that accompany working at a summer camp. To apply for staff, you must have completed at least one year of college or the NLR Leadership Development Program.

New Life Ranch is not only a place where you will impact hundreds of kids lives with the Gospel each week, it is also a place where you will be a vital part of our authentic Biblical community. You'll serve God by pouring your life into kids, make lifelong friends and great memories, and find a place you will call home for the rest of your life. Most positions are available as full or half summer options. These positions include: Sr Camp Counselor, Jr Camp Counselor, Lifeguard, Wrangler, Ropes Facilitator, Photographer, Videographer, Graphic Designer, Worship Leader, Canteen Team, Grounds Team, Kitchen Team, Hospitality team, Medical Aide, Gilligan (Boating Team), Nehemiah Team Leader, or Timothy Team Leader.
